Arrow Words is a classic crossword app with a useful twist. In arrow words puzzles, the clues are shown right in the puzzle grid, making them easy to view and play on the iPhone screen.

This lovingly produced app includes 400 all-new Arrow Words puzzles in 4 levels. Easier levels use simpler words and a smaller grid, perfect for a short break. Harder levels have tougher clues and larger puzzle grids for hours of challenging fun. Also, careful editing and a huge pool of words ensure that clues don’t repeat too often.

The sound and graphics are also designed for true crossword aficionados. Choose from three visual interfaces that recreate the atmosphere of the crossword in the Sunday paper. Never saw such a good looking crossword app. Breathes new life into an old favorite game for me!

Some bad moments

This is a challenging and fun app. I like the designs and appearance options.

Puzzles are hard enough to keep you interested. Great functions: solving letter, word or underlining mistakes. Nice design, easy to read, especially the color appearance, oh sorry colour :)

Didnt think I would like it at first....but Im really enjoying this game. Clearing away some cobwebs while playing a game....good for the brain.

Very easy to play and very easy to get hooked! I play every day on my lunch break.

I was unsure about the British spelling but it’s worth the learning curve because the puzzles are good and the app is quality.

I really love the way this app looks. It makes solving even the hardest puzzles a pleasure.
